Nancy Braun has 15 years of experience as a Top Producing Real Estate Broker. She is a graduate of Cornell University & SUNY Buffalo School of Law and member of BAR in New York and Washington, D.C. She is currently a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

She leads the REO Division of Showcase Realty, LLC as well as general brokerage and the short sale division and also runs a separate company, Showcase Property Management, LLC. She now has three office locations; Pineville, Gastonia, and one in the HUB zone of Charlotte. Nancy’s major REO Clients include HUD, LPS, Old Republic, Aurora, Chevy Chase, PMH, Green River Capital, Assetlink, Goodman Dean, Bankers Asset Management, Nationstar, American Home Mortgage, Regions Bank, FAS, Specialized Asset Management, Advent REO, REO World, Precision Asset Management, First Preston, Premiere Asset Services, Nationwide REO Brokers, Executive Asset Management, Kondaur Capital, Phoenix and Fannie Mae.
