Showcase welcomes Mark Linch, a service-oriented professional with extensive experience in real estate development management. He has overseen, assessed, or authorized over $6 billion in developments, acquisitions, or loans on over 1,300 projects internationally. His experience includes leadership roles in hotel companies and prior experience with preeminent firms such as Hardin Capital, Equitable Real Estate and John Portman & Associates.

Mark has an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University along with a Master of Architecture With Distinction from the University of Michigan and a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois. He has also taught development and construction courses to graduate real estate students at Georgia State University and has guest lectured at Georgia Institute of Technology and UNC Charlotte. Marc recently earned CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) certification.
