Mike is a licensed Broker/Realtor in both North Carolina and South Carolina and is currently helping Nancy Braun, a Neighborhood HUD Listing Broker, manage her HUD-Owned listings. He relocated to Charlotte from Western New York in 1999. He has been involved in the Charlotte Rental market, which includes property valuation, property rehabilitation, Rental marketing strategies, and rental price determination. Mike has been a full service broker since 2007 with extensive knowledge of the Charlotte and surrounding area markets. Mike has 10+ years in the Customer Service field, and he prides himself on providing excellent service for his clients and their Real Estate needs.
